Firm Background

My firm’s name is The Law Offices of Kathy Ann Terry and I was formerly with the law firm Curry and Terry. My practice focuses on real estate, civil litigation, estate planning, corporations and probate.  I have been providing legal representation to homeowner associations since 1991 and currently represent approximately 40 associations. The majority of the associations I represent are in the southwest part of Houston and Harris/Fort Bend Counties.

Homeowner Association Goals

My goals are to help the associations attain and keep their properties at the highest possible value, assist the boards to effectively and efficiently collect maintenance fees and facilitate good relationships between the boards and homeowners.

Volunteer Activities

I am currently involved in mission work in Honduras and Kenya and online through Global Media Outreach.  My husband and I participate in the MS150 bike ride from Houston to Austin each year, raising funds for multiple sclerosis research.  As a Red Cross certified canoe instructor, I participate in boy scout weekend training events.  My family and I also volunteer at the Loaves and Fishes Soup Kitchen and the Northwest Habitat for Humanity.
