Greater Mission Bend Area CouncilThe Greater Mission Bend Area Council is sponsoring a Free HOA Workshop to cover the New Laws passed by the Texas State Legislature that will affect the way HOA’s are managed in the future.
All management company personnel and HOA Board Members are invited to attend. The invitation is extended, as a community service, to all HOA’s whether they are a member of GMBAC or not. If an HOA Board wishes to appoint a resident who is not on their board to represent them at the meeting, the resident will be welcome.
Kathy Terry, Attorney at Law, will be the Guest Speaker, for the second time, at the GMBAC HOA Workshop. Kathy has provided legal representation for Houston area HOA’s for over 20 years. She currently represents approximately 40 HOA’s, most of which are in West Houston.
After Kathy’s presentation, there will be time for questions and answers.
A free lunch will be provided.
